Meet the Dream Team
Meet the Dream Team of Holistic Harmony

Nicole Hansen
Owner
Licensed Massage Therapist
My name is Nicole Hansen, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist in Alabama since 2018. My journey into massage therapy began while working alongside several chiropractors, where I discovered the incredible power of the central nervous system and its profound influence on the way our bodies function and heal.

I am passionate about helping people live their best lives, starting from within. For me, massage therapy is more than relaxation—it’s a powerful tool to get to the root of the problem and support the body’s natural ability to heal. I love taking the time to listen, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and tailor each session to meet my clients’ unique needs.

Beyond the massage table, I believe true wellness is holistic. I enjoy connecting my clients with other trusted practitioners in the wellness community—whether that’s in nutrition, movement, energy work, or other healing arts—so they can experience the fullest benefits for their health and well-being.
Outside of my work, I find joy in spending time with friends and family, as well as recharging by connecting with nature. Whether I’m out on a trail, enjoying the sunshine, or gathered with loved ones, those moments fuel the compassion and care I bring into my practice.

Meredith Leigh Alcorn
Licensed Massage Therapist
AL #2738
Meredith’s passion for massage began during her years as a dancer, when she was constantly working to heal injuries and keep her body in top shape for performances. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in how the body moves and heals. In 2008, she became a licensed massage therapist after completing her certification at Red Mountain Institute of the Healing Arts. Since then, she has continued to grow her skills, earning additional certifications in areas such as Prenatal Massage and the Rolf Method of Structural Integration.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance Education from Birmingham-Southern College, where she deepened her love for movement and the connection between strength, flexibility, and wellness. Today, she brings that same understanding and passion into her massage therapy practice.
At home, Meredith and her husband, Darrin, are raising their children in the Oak Mountain community. Most weekends, you’ll find them at the ball fields, cheering each other on. Meredith is also deeply involved in the local schools, volunteering her time in many different ways and staying active in the community she cares so much about.

Lydia Quaintance
Licensed Massage Therapist
Doula
Hi, I’m Lydia! I am both a licensed massage therapist and a birth doula, and caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. My passion is creating a safe, nurturing environment where my clients can feel supported, whether they are seeking relief through therapeutic massage or guidance and comfort during the birth experience.

I truly believe in the power of touch and its ability to restore balance to the mind, body, and soul. Massage therapy allows me to help clients reduce stress, release tension, and find healing, while my work as a doula gives me the privilege of walking alongside families during one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives. No matter the setting, your comfort, well-being, and peace of mind are always my top priorities.
I am especially passionate about meeting each client where they are—listening deeply, honoring their needs, and providing care that is compassionate and tailored to them. It’s important to me that every person I work with feels seen, supported, and empowered in their own wellness journey.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends and family, traveling to new places, and trying new things that expand my perspective. These experiences inspire me to keep growing, learning, and bringing fresh energy into the care I provide.
